Welcome to the Mail250 Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Create a new support ticket

You can create a support ticket by:

  1. Click on "Open a New Ticked".
  2. Enter your Contact Information.
  3. Select a Help Topic, such as Feedback or Report a Problem.
  4. In the Ticket Details section, enter a Issue Summary and message that describes your issue. You can also attach a file of up to 2 MB in size to the ticket.
  5. After you have entered information into all of the fields, click Create Ticket.

View support tickets

You can check a support ticket by:
  1. Click on "Open a New Ticked".
  2. Enter your email address and a ticket number.
  3. After you have entered information into all of the fields, click Email Access Link.
  4. You can check your email mailbox (Check in Spam folder too if its not land in Inbox) and click on link to view you ticket status
