In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.Our support timings:
We try our best to reply your tickets within 24-48 hours from the time ticket got submitted (excluding Sundays).We check for tickets from Monday to Saturday between 11 am to 7 pm (IST Timezone: 5:30+).
Create a new support ticket
You can create a support ticket by:- Click on "Open a New Ticked".
- Enter your Contact Information.
- Select a Help Topic, such as Feedback or Report a Problem.
- In the Ticket Details section, enter a Issue Summary and message that describes your issue. You can also attach a file of up to 2 MB in size to the ticket.
- After you have entered information into all of the fields, click Create Ticket.
View support tickets
You can check a support ticket by:- Click on "Open a New Ticked".
- Enter your email address and a ticket number.
- After you have entered information into all of the fields, click Email Access Link.
- You can check your email mailbox (Check in Spam folder too if its not land in Inbox) and click on link to view you ticket status
