In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Our support timings:

We try our best to reply to your tickets within 24-48 hours from the time ticket got submitted (excluding Sundays).

We check for tickets from Monday to Saturday between 11 am to 7 pm (IST Timezone: 5:30+).

Create a new support ticket

You can create a support ticket by:

  1. Click on "Open a New Ticket".
  2. Enter your Contact Information.
  3. Select a Help Topic, such as Feedback or Report a Problem.
  4. In the Ticket Details section, enter an Issue Summary and message that describes your issue. You can also attach a file of up to 2 MB in size to the ticket.
  5. After you have entered information into all of the fields, click Create Ticket.

View support tickets

You can check a support ticket by:

  1. Click on "Open a New Ticket".
  2. Enter your email address and a ticket number.
  3. After you have entered information into all of the fields, click the Email Access Link.
  4. You can check your email mailbox and click on the link to view your ticket status
